Returns & Exchanges

Outlined below are return and exchange policies for baits as well as apparel.  Please review each section in accordance with the question(s) you may have.  

Fishing Bait Information:  

Go North stands behind the products I am providing to you as the hard working customer.  However, I do understand things happen.  

Go North Baits honors a 14 day return policy from the date that your product was marked as delivered.  The baits must be in original packaging, unopened, unused, packaging/labeling not damaged, and original count must be in package.  

If you feel a return or exchange is necessary, please scroll to the bottom of the Home Page and click Contact Us. Please include your name, telephone number, email, and order number(s) of the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.  A refund will not be issued until the product has been received by Go North and passes inspection for the above mentioned qualities.  

Apparel Information:

I stand behind the products I provide to you as the hard working customer. Although I quality control every shirt I create before sending it to you, I do understand things happen and want you to be happy with what you have purchased. Please read the information below for more details.

Returns and Exchanges: If you feel a return or exchange is necessary, please scroll to the bottom of the Home Page and click Contact Us. Please include your name, telephone number, email, and order number(s) of the item(s) you wish to return or exchange. Go North Apparel offers free shipping when a product is ordered. However, this requires the customer to pay return/exchange shipping costs in the event of simply returning or changing sizes.

Go North Apparel will cover return/exchange shipping costs if the product was damaged in shipping or due to a defect caused from myself in production.

Notice: Exchanges or Returns must be made within 7 days of tracking number delivery date confirmation. Exchanged or Returned items must be in the original condition in which they were received. Items that have been washed or worn cannot be exchanged or returned. If it is determined that your item has been washed or worn, Go North Apparel reserves the right to deny your exchange. Items that smell of smoke or other odors will not be accepted under any circumstance.
